July in Georgia!

This will be my 'little bit of everything' post, just to feel caught up! July 8th- the rest of the month was spent living in hotels. The movers picked up our stuff on the 8th in Nevada, and it still hasn't arrived (as of today, August 2nd). Tip: don't ever use Atlas for your professional move.

Above: Sierra's birthday party (pinata), Joe's beard he grew out for two weeks (it's gone now), playing in the creek at East Cobb Park with the Smiths.

Below: We drove up to Brasstown Bald, the highest elevation in Georgia (4,000-some feet high). You can see four states from the top!

These mountains are, of course, very different from the Rockies, but they're still rather spectacular! We love the rolling green that is ENDLESS!

We grabbed dinner and ice cream on the way home in Dahlonega, a cute little town on the way. We loved seeing the street performers! It was a really fun day, and we absolutely loooooooooove GEORGIA!!!
