Hunter's "official" first smile was actually March 5th, while changing his diaper at a friend's house, and there have been a couple a day since then; BUT today was finally the day I caught them on film!

Hunter was born Jan 30th 2009. He is extremely feisty and full of character. He's a fantastic dancer, actor, magician, screamer, biker, and ninja.
About Sawyer
Sawyer was born in February 2006, and is a super sweet boy with excellent manners. His doctor says he literally has "the heart of an athelete" (beats slow), which comes out in his running 5ks and being the star of his soccer teams the last 3 years! He's also incredibly smart, reading chapter books in kindergarten. Couldn't be more proud of this guy!
About Me
I grew up a country girl in Wisconsin, but now prefer the warm climate and city amenities of Atlanta! My passions include architecture, home & garden, baking, and all kinds of craft projects. I studied architectural drafting until marrying and having kids, but still hope to pick back up somehow in that industry when my kids are grown (but probably something fluffier like interior design or decorating, more for fun).
About Joe
Joe grew up in Wisconsin, then studied art history at BYU. He worked in mechanical contracting, and received his masters of business degree at Notre Dame. Joe is working for GE in the energy industry, helping with the world's energy issues.

Oooooh videos! You know, I think I see more of you in Sawyer and more of Joe in Hunter. What do you think?
For sure, Lisa! Sawyer's baby pics look nearly identical to my baby pics, and I think Hunter looks much more like Joe's baby pics (even though they're not that similar, there's MORE similarities). I'm curious to see what happens as he grows! It actually feels weird to have a child who (I think) looks nothing like me!
This is so wonderful! I haven't seen you guys for over a year now, so I've never seen Hunter or any evidence of him in real life! This makes him so much more real to me.
You know, Carrie, I think he has your eyes. The shape of his eyes looks a bit like yours. Anyway, he's such a sweet little boy!
